Job Opening: Floor Supervisor

Floor Supervisor Needed in the East Side of El Paso

Pay Rate: $19/hr

Shift: 11am – 8pm Monday – Friday + OT/Weekends if needed

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise approximately 7 to 8 operators and assign manpower based on workload and production priorities.
• Monitor hourly and daily output, attendance, quality, safety, 5S, and other operational KPIs.
• Identify bottlenecks and process gaps, perform basic root cause analysis, and support corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement projects, standard work, SOP implementation, training, and cross training.
• Provide accurate daily status updates and escalate issues that could affect production or customer requirements.
• Support Receiving and other production areas as required by the operation. #applynow 

• Engineering background required, preferably in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse operations, reverse logistics, or a comparable operational environment.
• Previous leadership experience as a supervisor, team lead, production lead, or similar role.
• Working knowledge of production flow, productivity targets, KPI tracking, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to lead employees directly on the floor, set priorities, resolve daily issues, and escalate risks promptly.
• Strong Excel and general computer skills; SAP, ERP, or WMS experience is preferred.
• English and Spanish bilingual communication is preferred.
