Warehouse Operations Specialist

Monday – Friday 7AM – 3:30 PM

Provide administrative, HR, and office support to warehouse management by coordinating employee on-boarding, maintaining records, managing communications, and supporting daily operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor emails, requests, and routine correspondences
• Support new hire on-boarding, including paperwork, first-day orientation, tours, badge distribution, and coordination with HR.Assist with creating work instructions, maintaining employee records, and updating timekeeping systems.
• Order office supplies and coordinate facility cleaning and maintenance needs.
• Organize employee engagement activities, community outreach events, and meeting logistics.
• Distribute mail, maintain compliance postings, and record meeting notes.Support OSHA reporting, recruiting activities, and general administrative functions.Maintain positive relationships with employees, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Follow company security procedures and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

 SKILLS AND ABILITIES

 Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet, web-based and job specific software applications.

Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.

Ability to drive personal car between buildings within the same market. 

Ability to work independently and remain self-motivated with minimal direct supervision.

Ability to write comprehensive and detailed business correspondence.

Ability to work with groups of people such as other departments and communicate known concepts.

Ability to solve problems with a variety of concrete variables through semi-standardized solutions that require some ingenuity and analysis.

Ability to draw inferences and follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve moderately complex problems.
