Warehouse Associate – Order Picker

Location: Richmond, CA

Schedule: 6:00pm – 4:30am Monday – Thursday

Pay Rate: $23/hr.

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associates with strong order-picking experience to support daily warehouse operations. Ideal candidates will have experience working in fast-paced distribution environments, operating warehouse equipment, and accurately selecting and staging orders for shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pull, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
• Stage, palletize, and wrap orders for outbound shipment
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory and follow all warehouse procedures
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Assist with general warehouse duties and support team operations as required

Preferred Experience

• Order picking / order selecting
• Forklift operation (sit-down, stand-up, or clamp preferred but not required)
• RF scanner experience
• Shipping & receiving
• Material handling and inventory control
• Ability to lift and move materials safely
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and consistent attendance
