Warehouse Associate

 

Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

$19.00 per hour

 

Summary

 

We are seeking a hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position is responsible for relabeling paint cans, sorting products, repackaging materials, and preparing shipments for distribution. Candidates should be comfortable performing physically demanding work and maintaining productivity throughout the shift.

 

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

• Load and unload materials within the warehouse

• Relabel paint cans according to customer and company specifications

• Sort products and organize inventory for shipment

• Repackage products as needed to meet shipping requirements

• Stack paint cans and packaged products onto pallets

• Pick, pack, scan, kit, and count products accurately

• Use barcode scanners and warehouse management systems

• Inspect products for damage or discrepancies

• Maintain accurate inventory and product identification

• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean work environment

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines

• Support additional warehouse duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements

 

• Experience operating material handling equipment required

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

• Experience using handheld barcode scanners preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull for extended periods

• Ability to lift and move objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights

• Ability to work in hot and cold warehouse environments

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

• 1 year of warehouse experience

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience with warehouse management systems

• Availability for overtime as needed

 

Work Environment

 

• Fast-paced warehouse environment

• Frequent lifting and palletizing of paint cans

• Regular sorting, repackaging, and labeling activities
