Forklift / Electric Pallet Jack Operator

 

Available Schedules:

 

First Shift (1A)

Sunday – Tuesday: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM

 

OR

 

First Shift (1B)

Thursday – Saturday: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

$18.50 per hour

 

*Shift assignments will be determined onsite. Candidates must be flexible to work either schedule.*

 

Summary

 

We are seeking experienced Forklift / Electric Pallet Jack Operators to support warehouse and distribution operations. This position is responsible for safely moving products throughout the facility, loading and unloading materials, and supporting inventory and shipping activities.

 

The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, dependable, and experienced operating powered industrial equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

• Operate forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

• Load and unload trailers and shipments

• Move products and materials throughout the warehouse

• Stage inventory for shipping and receiving operations

• Transport palletized materials to designated locations

• Assist with inventory movement and organization

• Support warehouse operations and order fulfillment activities

• Perform equipment inspections before and after use

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Utilize warehouse management systems and scanners as needed

• Complete additional projects and duties assigned by supervisors

 

Job Requirements

 

• Previous forklift and electric pallet jack experience required

• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment

• Strong attention to detail and safety

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Warehouse experience preferred

• Basic computer and scanner experience preferred

• Ability to work assigned schedule and overtime as needed

 

Physical Requirements

 

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to lift, move, push, and pull materials throughout the shift

• Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment for the duration of the shift
