Picker / Packer

 

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (or until finished)

$17.00 per hour

 

Summary

 

We are seeking a dependable Picker / Packer to join our warehouse team that distributes health, beauty, and wellness products. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organization.

 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

• Pick products accurately based on customer orders

• Pack orders securely for shipment

• Stack and stage completed orders for distribution

• Assist with receiving incoming inventory

• Assist with shipping outbound orders

• Handle inventory in an organized and efficient manner

• Report damaged or short-dated merchandise promptly

• Assist with physical inventory counts as needed

• Ensure outbound shipments are clean and presentable

• Operate warehouse equipment safely and appropriately

• Maintain a clean and organized work area daily

• Communicate with supervisors regarding daily priorities and workflow

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

• Support additional warehouse duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements

 

• Previous picking and packing experience preferred

• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck experience is a plus

• Strong organizational skills

 

Physical Requirements

 

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

• Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting

• Regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds

• Frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds

• Occasionally lift and move over 100 pounds

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
