Job Opening: RJP – Order Picker Operator

We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to support operations at a leading distribution facility in Auburn, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for manually order picking Starbucks inventory and operating an Electric Pallet Jack Rider in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Candidates must have previous order-picking experience and be committed to working safely, accurately, and efficiently.

• Location: Auburn, WA
• Pay Rate: $22.38/hour
• Shift: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Manually pick customer orders accurately using pick sheets, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems.
• Operate an Electric Pallet Jack Rider safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Build and organize pallets according to established guidelines and productivity standards.
• Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy.
• Prepare orders for shipment while maintaining product quality.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials as needed.
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report any safety concerns or maintenance issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards.
• Meet daily productivity and performance goals.
• Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and other warehouse duties as assigned.
