- Serve as the main point of contact for all client concerns and needs.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate client records, including tracking contract updates and renewals.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations.
- Communicate effectively with customers (written and verbal) and with managers/leadership.
Perform other duties as assigned
• Proven customer service experience. • Strong computer skills. • Previous shipping/receiving and inventory control experience preferred. • Excellent math skills and verbal/written communication skills. • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems
