Prologistix/Employbridge is seeking dependable and motivated Manufacturing Associates to support production operations in a fast-paced packaging manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for assisting with production, conducting quality checks, material setup, and maintaining a safe and organized work area. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, eager to learn, and interested in long-term growth opportunities.
Pay: $22.50/hour during training (First Shift), then $23.10/hour on Second Shift
Training Shift: 1st Shift for 4 weeks
Regular Shift: 2nd Shift after training
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the operation of a fast-paced packaging manufacturing facility
- Assist with production and material setup
- Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
- Learn manufacturing processes and operate production equipment
