Quality Inspector (Visual Inspection) – Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Quality Inspector to perform visual inspections of plastic automotive parts to ensure they meet quality standards. This role is responsible for identifying and separating defective products by checking for cosmetic flaws, damage, discoloration, scratches, cracks, missing components, or other visible defects. No experience with measuring devices or inspection equipment is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform visual inspections of plastic automotive parts.
- Identify and remove defective or non-conforming products.
- Follow quality standards, inspection procedures, and work instructions.
- Sort, label, and document inspected products as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Report quality concerns or recurring defects to supervisors.
Shift hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Monday thru Friday
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience is a plus, but not required.
