Returns Specialist – $18.50/Hour

Schedule:

• Monday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM

The Returns Specialist is responsible for evaluating, inspecting, cleaning, processing, and shipping returned golf equipment. This position plays an important role in maintaining product quality, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be comfortable working in a warehouse environment, and possess the ability to accurately document and process returned merchandise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and evaluate returned golf equipment.
• Verify product specifications, quantities, and overall condition.

• Document and process returns accurately in company systems.
• Conduct quality inspections and identify damaged or defective merchandise.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through detailed verification and reporting.
• Prepare products for shipping and verify shipping documentation.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and stock reconciliation.
• Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory movement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse, returns processing, inventory control, shipping/receiving, or quality assurance preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to use computers, scanners, and inventory management systems.
