We are hiring Supplier Quality Management (SQM) Inspectors to join a fast-paced electronics and server assembly operation in Socorro, TX.

If you have experience in quality inspection, electronics, computer hardware, or manufacturing, this is a great opportunity to put your skills to work in a full-time, permanent position.

Position: SQM / Supplier Quality Inspector

Pay: $16.00–$19.00 per hour

Location: Socorro, TX 79937

Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Hourly

Language: English required; bilingual preferred

Shifts: Day and night shifts available

What You’ll Do

• Inspect incoming electronic components for quality and accuracy
• Perform in-process and final inspections on assembled products
• Inspect labeling, connectors, cable routing, alignment, and overall workmanship
• Use calipers, multimeters, barcode scanners, and other inspection tools
• Identify and document defective or non-conforming materials
• Enter inspection results into quality or ERP systems
• Follow ESD, ISO, safety, and quality procedures
• Assist with NCRs, root cause investigations, and corrective actions
• Work with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues
• Maintain an organized inspection area following 5S standards
