Manufacturing Operator – 1st Shift

Location: Edina, MN
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred
• Experience operating electric ride-on pallet jacks and forklifts
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments
• Inspect and sort materials to ensure quality standards are met
• Store materials in designated locations and maintain inventory records
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Ensure order accuracy and maintain proper documentation
• Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and efficiency
• Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
• Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or inventory discrepancies
