Job Opening: Lead Associate

ProLogistix is hiring Warehouse Lead Associates in Greencastle, PA

Day Shift – $22.00/hour

• Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Night Shift – $23.00/hour

• Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM
• Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM

 Requriements:

• must speak (English/Creole/French)
• 1 year plus of experience on Operating Cherry Picker (Order Picker)

Job Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Lead Associate and a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Performing cycle counts and inventory checks
• Conducting accurate audits and tote induction
• Staging products for outbound shipment
• Assist with translating during orientations and daily communication, help new hires understand clock-in and clock-out procedures, verify weekend timekeeping, and support associates with any issues that arise. (English/Creole/French)
• Will serve as a resource for new employees and help ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
