We are hiring dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory & Quality Assurance Specialists for a fast-paced reverse logistics operation supporting a global e-commerce company.
This position is ideal for warehouse professionals who take pride in inventory accuracy, product quality, problem-solving, and doing the job right the first time. You will work with household cleaning products, inspecting merchandise, verifying inventory, identifying discrepancies, and helping ensure products are handled and processed safely and accurately.

Sunday-Wednesday | 6:00 PM-4:30 AM -
$18.00/hr | Front Half Days

What You’ll Do:
- Perform inventory control and inventory accuracy activities in a high-volume warehouse environment.
- Inspect returned products for damage, defects, leaks, labeling issues, and other quality concerns.
- Verify item numbers, quantities, product descriptions, and inventory information against system records.
- Identify, research, and report inventory discrepancies.
- Sort and route products based on established quality and disposition guidelines.
- Accurately document inspection results and inventory transactions using warehouse systems and/or RF scanners.
- Assist with cycle counts, location audits, inventory reconciliation, and product verification.
- Separate damaged, questionable, or non-conforming products and escalate issues appropriately.
- Safely handle household cleaning products and packaged chemicals while following required safety procedures.
- Maintain an organized and accurate work area while meeting productivity and quality expectations.
- Work collaboratively with Operations, Inventory Control, and Quality teams to resolve product and inventory issues.

We're Looking for Candidates Who:
- Have previous warehouse, inventory control, quality assurance, returns, or reverse logistics experience.
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
- Have strong attention to detail and can spot inventory and product-quality issues.
- Can follow detailed processes and make accurate decisions repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Are comfortable working around household cleaning products and chemicals.
- Can use warehouse technology such as RF scanners, handheld devices, computers, or inventory management systems.
- Understand that accuracy and quality are just as important as speed.
- Are dependable and able to consistently work their assigned 4-day, 10-hour schedule.
