Warehouse Team Lead

 

Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Must be available to work until 5:30 PM as needed

Saturday availability required (may work 10-hour shifts)

 

$20.00 per hour

 

Summary

 

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, support team members, and ensure operational goals are met. This position is responsible for coordinating workflow, monitoring productivity, supporting inventory control, and assisting with shipping, receiving, repacking, and warehouse activities.

 

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with warehouse experience, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to motivate and train employees while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

• Lead warehouse team members and daily operational activities

• Provide direction, training, and support to warehouse personnel

• Participate in 8D report preparation when required

• Analyze and recommend operational and process improvements

• Ensure products are accurately located both physically and within the warehouse management system (WMS)

• Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies

• Monitor KPI trends and utilize data to drive operational improvements

• Assist with cycle counts and receiving discrepancies to ensure accurate inventory records

• Support receiving, shipping, repacking, inventory control, and warehouse operations

• Work in production cells and on the receiving dock as needed

• Ensure team members follow company safety procedures and warehouse standards

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization

• Support continuous improvement initiatives

• Perform additional duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements

 

• Previous warehouse experience required

• Prior leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

• Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

• Proven problem-solving abilities

• Ability to train, coach, and support team members

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to inspect products for defects and quality concerns

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

 

Physical Requirements

 

• Ability to repeatedly lift, push, pull, and move up to 35 pounds

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift

• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties on a daily basis

• Ability to wear required PPE, including steel-toe footwear
