Job Opening: TF – Machine Operator

Pay: $21.00/hr

Start Time: 5:45 AM

Days Off: Thursday & Sunday

We are hiring dependable Machine Operators for a food production facility that manufactures ready-to-eat salads, dips, fruit trays, vegetable trays, and other fresh food products.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist with machine setup and basic troubleshooting.
• Pick, scan, and stage materials as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
• Work in a cold, refrigerated environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in cold temperatures.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Lift up to 30 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally with assistance.
• Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and repetitive movements.
• Ability to wear required PPE, including hairnets, gloves, and safety gear.
