Mechanical Assembler – Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $21–$22/hr, based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Put your mechanical skills to work! We’re hiring Mechanical Assemblers to build air pressurization equipment using mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic assembly skills. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys building equipment, working with tools, and troubleshooting problems.

What You’ll Do:

• Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and larger equipment
• Work with hand tools and pneumatic tools
• Read schematics, technical drawings, and work instructions
• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly
• Make adjustments to parts and assemblies as needed
• Troubleshoot assembly issues and identify solutions
• Inspect your work for accuracy and proper operation
• Handle parts and materials and assist coworkers as needed
• Follow quality and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Mechanical/electrical assembly skills
• Experience with hand and pneumatic tools
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
