Job Opening: EPJ Operator-RJO

A busy warehouse operation in Rincon is seeking reliable and experienced Electric Pallet Jack Operators to join their team. This role requires strong attention to safety, consistent attendance, and the ability to work mandatory overtime during peak periods.

Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (OT start at 5:00 AM) – $22.50/hr

• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM–12:30 AM (OT end at 2:30 AM) – $24.00/hr

• Overtime available and required at times based on business needs

Job Duties:

• Safely operate EPJ equipment to pick, pull, and stage orders

• Use RF scanners to locate, verify, and process inventory

• Support shipping, receiving, and general warehouse tasks

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety guidelines and production standards

Requirements:

• Recent EPJ experience required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attendance and reliability

• Willingness to work mandatory overtime

• Ability to follow instructions and meet productivity expectations
