Location: Socorro, TX

Pay: DOE, Based on Experience

Schedule: Full-Time

Are you an experienced warehouse leader ready for your next opportunity? We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and support warehouse associates and daily operations
• Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities
• Manage staffing assignments and workflow to meet production goals
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts
• Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance
• Ensure warehouse safety procedures and company standards are followed
• Train, coach, and develop team members
• Work closely with production, logistics, quality, and other departments
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and processes

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Prior leadership, lead, or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
• Experience with WMS or inventory management systems
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Manufacturing or high-volume warehouse experience is a plus
