NOW HIRING: WAREHOUSE LEAD

Location: Socorro, TX

Pay: DOE, Based on Experience

Schedule: Full-Time

Are you an experienced warehouse professional ready to step into a leadership role? We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Lead to help oversee daily warehouse operations and keep the team running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support warehouse associates throughout the shift
• Coordinate daily work assignments and workflow
• Assist with receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and material movement
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts
• Ensure productivity, quality, and safety expectations are met
• Train and support new and existing team members
• Help troubleshoot inventory and operational issues
• Maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment
• Communicate with supervisors, production, and other departments
• Assist with tracking daily productivity and completing required documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience
• Prior Lead or Team Lead experience preferred
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory procedures
• Experience with WMS or inventory systems is a plus
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead by example and work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
