We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented Wiring Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Socorro, TX.

In this role, you’ll work hands-on with wiring, cables, connectors, and electronic components while following detailed work instructions and quality standards. If you enjoy working with your hands and have a strong eye for detail, this could be a great opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do

• Install, route, organize, and secure wires and cables
• Connect cables, harnesses, and electronic components according to work instructions
• Read and follow diagrams, schematics, and assembly instructions
• Inspect wiring and connections for accuracy and quality
• Identify and report damaged or incorrect components
• Use basic hand tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks
• Maintain an organized and safe workstation
• Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures
• Work closely with production and quality team members
• Meet daily production and quality expectations

Requirements

• Previous wiring, cable assembly, electronics assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Comfortable working with small parts, cables, and connectors
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Steel-toe safety shoes required
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed
