Location: Socorro, TX
Pay: $18.00–$21.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Multiple Shifts Available

Do you enjoy building, assembling, and working with your hands? We’re hiring Fabricator / Manufacturing Fabricators to join a fast-paced manufacturing operation in Socorro, TX.
If you have experience using hand and power tools, reading work instructions, assembling components, or working in a production environment, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Fabricate, assemble, and prepare components according to specifications
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Measure, cut, fit, and assemble materials and components
- Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, work orders, and manufacturing instructions
- Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
- Identify and report defective materials or components
- Maintain tools, equipment, and an organized work area
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
- Work closely with production and quality teams
- Meet daily production and quality goals
What We’re Looking For
- Previous fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to read measurements and follow detailed instructions
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts and overtime as needed
