Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and ensure the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of materials throughout the facility. This role is responsible for driving team productivity, maintaining safety compliance, managing workflow, and ensuring all logistics activities are completed accurately and on schedule. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and employee development.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, shipping, and material handling.
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse personnel to achieve productivity, quality, and safety goals.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, on-time shipments, and labor efficiency.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain efficient material flow throughout the warehouse to support customer and operational demands.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve service levels.
- Monitor staffing levels and adjust resources as needed to meet workload demands.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, operational challenges, and customer concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Schedule: Full-time: Monday through Friday. 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM
Work Environment: Warehouse environment with regular walking, standing, and occasional lifting; may require flexibility to support operational needs.
- Experience implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiencies.
