Job Opening: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and support one of our on-site clients. The ideal candidate will have strong warehouse leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with both employees and customers. This position is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, ensuring productivity goals are met, maintaining safety standards, coordinating workflow, and providing exceptional customer service. The Warehouse Supervisor will work closely with the client and internal management team to support operational success and drive continuous improvement.

Pay: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong warehouse operations background, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop warehouse teams.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attendance and punctuality record.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
