Team Leader

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

East of El Paso we are seeking a motivated and dependable Team Leader to oversee daily operations and support production team success. This position is ideal for individuals with strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support team members to ensure production goals are met
• Monitor workflow and maintain productivity standards
• Train new employees on processes and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Assist with problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote a safe and organized work environment

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to motivate and guide a team toward achieving goals
