Packaging Associate

We’re hiring dependable Packaging Associates to join a fast-paced production team. If you’re comfortable working on your feet, staying active throughout your shift, and paying close attention to product quality, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Job Responsibilities

• Work on a production/packaging line to package finished products

• Inspect products and packaging for defects or quality issues

• Verify labels are correct and properly applied

• Assemble boxes and prepare products for shipment

• Pack and seal finished products according to specifications

• Stack completed boxes safely on pallets

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all workplace safety and quality procedures

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift and move 20–50 lbs.

• Stack boxes onto pallets throughout the shift

• Occasionally lift or reposition empty pallets weighing more than 50 lbs., using appropriate lifting practices or assistance as required

• Stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift

• Work comfortably in a fast-paced production environment
