Job Opening: IT Support Specialist

We are hiring an IT Support & Web Developer responsible for providing technical support, maintaining servers and network environments, managing user access.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday- Friday, day shift

IT Support Specialist Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Manage Active Directory user accounts
• Maintain Windows/Linux servers and network systems
• Support surveillance and security technologies
• Assist with LAN/WAN/VLAN projects
• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, MySQL, HTML, and JavaScript
• Perform system administration and IT project support

IT Support Specialist Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of web development and server management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience
• Experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML, JavaScript, and Active Directory
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 10/11, Linux, and Apache
• Understanding of LAN/WAN/VLAN environments
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to lift 30+ lbs.
