Loader/Unloader

Job Overview

We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Loader/Unloaders to support fast-paced warehouse operations. In this hands-on role, you will help keep products moving safely and efficiently by loading and unloading freight, staging materials, organizing pallets, and supporting shipping and receiving activities.

The ideal candidate is reliable, works well as part of a team, pays attention to detail, and maintains a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Move, stack, sort, and organize pallets, products, and freight throughout the warehouse.
• Use approved manual or powered material-handling equipment as required and authorized.
• Keep loading, staging, and warehouse areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Follow all company safety procedures, proper lifting practices, and warehouse protocols.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to maintain an efficient flow of materials.
• Assist with general warehouse and labor duties as needed to support daily operations.

• Dependable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse work, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
