Job Opening: Warehouse – Lot Pickers

Employbridge is seeking a dependable Lot Pickers to join a busy distribution team in Sparks PROPER, Nevada. If you have warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM
• Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Pick parts, materials, and products accurately according to pick lists and work orders
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and product descriptions before order fulfillment
• Pack, label, and stage orders for shipment or production
• Restock inventory and return unused materials to designated storage locations
• Assist with receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming shipments
• Conduct cycle counts and support inventory control initiatives
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
• Follow company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, order picking, or inventory experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow pick tickets and work orders
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic inventory and warehouse knowledge
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse duties
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
