General Labor Associate – Flexible Scheduling West Chester, OH
$15-$16/hour
Full-Time | Part-Time | Temporary-to-Hire
Shifts Available
- 1st Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:45 PM – 2:30 AM

Responsibilities
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials
- Assist with packaging, labeling, assembly, and inspections
- Operate basic tools and equipment as trained
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Support daily warehouse and production operations
- Follow safety procedures and productivity standards
Qualifications
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
