Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Assembler I to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble high-quality products while meeting production standards, customer specifications, and delivery requirements.

The Production Assembler I works under the direction of production supervision and follows established company policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to engineering documents, specifications, and quality standards.
• Use a computer to review production schedules and update job status.
• Perform operator-based Go/No-Go testing according to established procedures.
• Monitor the quality of parts throughout the assembly process.
• Assist with training new team members and responding to production-related questions.
• Perform material handling duties as needed.
• Identify and recommend improvements to assembly processes to increase productivity and quality.
• Communicate effectively with engineering and other departments to ensure accurate information is shared.
• Complete required paperwork, documentation, and production records accurately.
• Participate in team meetings and group discussions.
• Follow all company safety rules and work regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
