Electronics Test Technician

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Test Technician to support the Production Department with testing and troubleshooting complex enterprise equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electronics, high-power systems, and 3-phase applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test and troubleshoot Static Switches, UPSs, RPPs, and PDUs.
• Diagnose high- and low-power electrical/electronic issues.
• Work with 600V-208V, 3-phase power applications.
• Perform PCBA programming as needed.
• Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Process, and Engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Maintain 6S standards and a clean, safe work area.
• Report issues with schematics, drawings, or equipment.
• Work independently with limited supervision.
• Participate in cross-functional teams and improvement efforts.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of electronics testing and troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Experience with 3-phase high-power systems preferred.
• 2+ years in a test lab or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
