Commercial Title Examiner (REMOTE)

Remote | Full-Time

Seeking an experienced Commercial Title Examiner to support nationwide real estate transactions. This is a 100% remote opportunity and requires prior commercial title examination experience.

Responsibilities:

• Examine commercial and industrial property titles.
• Research public, tax, and legal records.
• Determine ownership and identify title issues.
• Review deeds, liens, judgments, easements, and legal descriptions.
• Prepare accurate title commitments.
• Resolve routine title issues and maintain quality standards.
• Work with title, escrow, underwriting, and operations teams.
• Manage workload independently and meet deadlines.

Requirements:

• Required: Commercial Title Examiner experience.
• Experience examining commercial and/or industrial property titles.
• Knowledge of title insurance, title commitments, and real estate transactions.
• Ability to interpret deeds, liens, easements, legal descriptions, and related documents.
• Strong research, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred:

• Multi-state title examination experience.
• Experience with title production software.
• Knowledge of commercial underwriting practices.
