Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to employees on-site.

Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and peripherals.

Install and configure computers, printers, scanners, and other equipment.

Set up workstations and assist users with technical issues.

Job Requirements:

Technical degree/certificate in IT, Computer Systems, or related field.

Entry-level candidates and recent graduates welcome.

Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and troubleshooting.

Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments.
