Job Opening: Warehouse Supervisors

Now Hiring – Warehouse supervisor’s for multiple clients in Hebron and Florence area!

Shifts:

1st shift:

• Mon-Thur 6am-4:30pm
• Mon -Fri 545am-2:15pm

2nd shift:

• M-F 1:45pm-10:15pm (will be changing to 12 hours shift in November)

4th shift: (seasonal)

• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday – 5pm-5am (will train on 1st shift)

Job Details:

• 1 or more years of exp as a warehouse supervisor in warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Will need to be flexible with schedule and OT
• Supervisor daily warehouse operations, including Receiving, Shipping, inventory and material handling
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse associates to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals
• Track and report key performance metrics, including productivity, attendance, quality, and inventory accuracy.

2+ years of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or distribution leadership experience.

Experience managing teams in a fast=pace warehouse environment, strong understanding of inventory management,

interview with client and resume required

Mandatory OT when needed 

Background and Drug screen required
