Job Opening: Production Assembler

We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented Production Assemblers to join our team. In this role, you'll manufacture custom hose assemblies that help keep industries operating safely and efficiently. Responsibilities:

• Pick components according to customer orders
• Measure, cut, label, assemble, and crimp hose assemblies
• Test finished products and document results
• Perform quality inspections to ensure customer specifications are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Assist team members and cross-train in other production areas
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator
• Ability to read a tape measure and use hand tools and measuring devices
• Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
• Forklift experience a plus

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequently use hands and tools
• Bend, reach, and stoop as needed
• Lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour, based on experience.

Shift: 7:00a-4:30p M-F
