Job Opening: Warehouse: Logistics Coordinator

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate warehouse associates to achieve performance objectives.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to ensure efficiency and productivity targets are met.
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory transactions, cycle counts, and stock levels.
• Monitor and enforce warehouse safety practices, OSHA requirements, and company policies.
• Conduct daily shift meetings and communicate operational goals and expectations.
• Coordinate loading and unloading activities and ensure timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shipping errors, and operational issues.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance, productivity, and inventory metrics.
• Collaborate with management, transportation providers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
