Associate, Logistics

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Schedule: Monday-Friday, overtime available.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Associate, Logistics to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting warehouse operations through product validation, inventory processing, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be committed to quality, accuracy, and meeting operational goals in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Perform product validation and verification against system and operational requirements.
• Sort products according to designated processing, disposition, and shipping criteria.
• Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Receive, inspect, and process inbound products and materials.
• Maintain accuracy when handling inventory and product documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse policies.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent 
• 0-2 years of work experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or related environment
