Machine Operator

Looking for a hands-on role with opportunities to learn and grow? Join our team as a Machine Operator! In this role, you’ll help produce safe, high-quality food products while working alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced production environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor food production equipment.
• Load materials and supplies into machines.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and food safety standards are met.
• Make basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation tasks.
• Accurately record production information.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, safety, and quality procedures.
• Help maintain a clean and organized work area.

What We’re Looking For:

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train motivated candidates.
• Basic mechanical and math skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Work Environment: This position is located in a food production facility and may include refrigerated work areas. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 lbs.
