Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Possess the CAPABILITY to oversee and evaluate personnel in the performance of their responsibilities as defined within ALL of the ASSIGNED DESCRIPTIONS above outlined on this document.
• Performs and oversees various refinery plant operational duties, while monitoring and controlling the refinery processing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operation.
• Possess the ability to supervise, direct, requisition and effectively manage materials, tools and equipment and maintain inventory of the same.
• Increase and maintain productivity levels.
• Master all machinery operation, determining the scopes, limitations of each and operational maintenance.
• Record raw materials used in production log and into production system.
• Responsible for operating/cleaning/maintaining of the department and review master cleaning plan.
• Report of any hazard to raw materials and that product meets quality standards.
• Complete all daily paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate LEADERSHIP ABILITY and KNOWLEDGE in all aspects of Refinery.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
