Carpenter Laborer – 1st Shift
Location: Kissimmee, FL
Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM until completion

Are you experienced in carpentry, construction, or concrete work and looking for a hands-on role where you can make an impact? We are seeking a Carpenter Laborer to support the fabrication and preparation of wood forms, panels, and construction materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do
- Read and interpret pour sheets, blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
- Cut and assemble wood components for forms, bulkheads, and construction projects.
- Measure, cut, and prepare insulation, nailers, and blank-out materials.
- Operate table saws, miter saws, band saws, pneumatic nail guns, and other hand and power tools safely.
- Build and modify forms according to project specifications.
- Drill, seal, and prepare wood forms for production use.
- Move materials throughout the facility using forklifts and other equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Minimum Requirements
- Carpentry, concrete, or construction experience required.
- Proficient with table saws, sanders, hand tools, and power tools.
- Strong ability to read and use a measuring tape accurately.
- Ability to read technical documents, blueprints, and drawings.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and repetitive movements.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, wind, and humidity.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
