Position Overview

We are seeking reliable, motivated, and hardworking Warehouse Associates and Package Handlers to support high-volume distribution operations.

This position involves sorting, scanning, loading, and unloading packages in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing physical work while meeting daily productivity and safety expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort and process packages according to destination and shipping requirements.
• Load and unload packages from trucks, trailers, and conveyor systems.
• Scan packages using handheld scanners to ensure accurate tracking.
• Organize and stage packages for shipping and distribution.
• Identify and report damaged, mislabeled, or incorrectly sorted packages.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a high-volume distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, package handling, or distribution experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
