NOW HIRING – WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE / ORDER PICKER

Location: Richmond, CA

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Thursday

Shift: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM (Overnight)

Position Overview

We are actively seeking experienced, reliable, and safety-focused Warehouse Associates / Order Pickers to join a fast-paced distribution team in Richmond, CA.

The ideal candidate will have strong order-picking experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume warehouse environment. This position requires accuracy, productivity, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pull, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Operate forklifts when properly trained and authorized.
• Stage, palletize, wrap, and prepare orders for outbound shipment.
• Verify order accuracy and maintain proper inventory records.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience

• Previous warehouse order-picking or order-selecting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems.
• Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and material handling.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
