Job Opening: Assistant Supervisor

Now Hiring Assistant Supervisor in Hebron, KY

Hours 5pm to 5am

Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Peak season- roughly 12 weeks- then will be eligible to move to another shift

Hours 4:45pm to 3:15am

Monday-Thursday

Production & Operations

• Assist in coordinating daily warehouse and production activities.
• Monitor T-shirt production workflow, including receiving, printing, packaging, and shipping.
• Ensure production schedules and shipping deadlines are met.
• Track productivity and identify process improvements.
• Help resolve operational issues and production bottlenecks.

Employee Supervision

• Lead and support warehouse associates and production staff.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor work performance.
• Train new employees on procedures, equipment, and safety requirements.
• Conduct shift meetings and communicate production goals.
• Assist with attendance tracking and employee coaching.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Complete production and labor reports.
• Track attendance, overtime, and staffing needs.
• Assist with scheduling and workforce planning.
• Support investigations involving employee concerns or operational issues.
