Description
ProLogistix is hiring Cherry Picker Operator Trainees for a warehouse opportunity with paid training, competitive pay rates, weekly incentives, and a sign-on bonus opportunity after successful completion of training.

Day Shift – $20.50 per hour + $3.00 per hour incentive
- Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Night Shift – $21.50 per hour + $3.00 per hour incentive
- Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
- Wednesday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Bonus and Incentive Opportunities
$500 Sign-On Bonus for Qualified New Hires
- $250 after completing the first full week of scheduled work with no absences (training week does not count)
- $250 after reaching 45 calendar days of employment and working at least 90% of scheduled hours
Weekly Attendance Incentive Requirements
- Work all scheduled shifts
- Work all assigned mandatory overtime
- Report to work on time
- Complete scheduled shifts unless approved to leave early
- Remain actively employed throughout the qualification week

Job Requirements
- Complete cherry picker operator training successfully
- Load, pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently
- Perform inventory counts and inventory verification
- Conduct audits and product tracking activities
- Stage products for outbound shipments
- Operate cherry picker equipment safely after training completion
