Looking for a production role with incredible overtime potential? Join a growing manufacturing facility producing high-quality metal poster artwork at the company’s first U.S. location! We’re seeking reliable, hardworking associates with previous production experience to help manufacture and distribute premium metal posters.

Pay & Overtime

• $20.00 per hour
• Time-and-a-half for all hours worked over 40 per week
• Double-time pay for hours worked over 50 per week
• $1.00/hour pay increase upon full-time conversion

Schedule Options

1st Shift

• Sunday – Wednesday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM OR
• Wednesday – Saturday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Peak Season Schedule

Starting the week of Black Friday, associates should be prepared for an increased workload during peak season:

• Shifts will move to 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• Operations may run 7 days per week for approximately 3 weeks
• Excellent opportunity to earn significant overtime and double-time pay

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Assist with printing, processing, packaging, and preparing products for shipment
• Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Support warehouse and logistics operations as needed
• Follow all safety and production procedures

Requirements

• Previous production or manufacturing experience required
• Ability to work overtime during peak season
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and transportation
