Job Opening: Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator

ProLogistix is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator for a growing company in Olympia!

• ??$19.00/hr (Temp-to-Hire) | $20.00/hr Upon Permanent Hire
• ??Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Duties:

• Operate both sit-down and stand-up forklifts (electric and propane)
• Use pallet jacks to safely move materials throughout the warehouse
• Pick, verify, and process customer orders accurately
• Package, label, and prepare shipments for delivery
• Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely
• Perform quality checks to ensure product accuracy and integrity
• Track inventory using handheld scanners and inventory systems
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse organization
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• ? Previous forklift experience required (sit-down and stand-up forklifts)
• ? At least 1 year of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred
• ? Experience picking, packing, checking, labeling, loading, and unloading products
• ? Comfortable using handheld RF scanners and inventory tracking systems
• ? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift
• ? Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse work for extended periods
• ? Reliable attendance, strong attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset
• ? Comfortable working in varying warehouse temperatures
