Job Opening: Dispatch Coordinator

 Local distributor seeking a skilled Warehouse Dispatcher in the Davie area

Shift:

Mondays- 8am-7pm

Tuesday-Friday 11am-7pm

Saturdays (remote) 8am-7pm

Pay: $21.00 per hour

REQUIREMENTS:

Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills 

Detailed oriented with excellent follow-up practices 

Coordinate dispatching of delivery trucks, check on ETA of drivers and create expense reports.

Create delivery routes for drivers and delivery schedules

Constant communication with venders, suppliers and customers on deliveries, delays and other discrepancies

Handling high volume data entry of bills.
