Stand-Up Forklift Operator

Join our team in a fast-paced meat processing facility producing meatballs, hot dogs, hamburger patties, and ground beef. This role operates in a refrigerated environment 0°F-40°F and requires a strong commitment to safety and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a stand-up forklift in cold, wet conditions.
• Move finished products to shipping and storage areas.
• Replenish production lines with materials and supplies.
• Perform material handling and other warehouse duties as assigned.
• Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards.

Schedule:

• Sunday -Thursday.
• Daily overtime is frequently required based on production needs.
• Overtime, including Fridays and Saturdays, may be required.
• Premium pay available after 8 hours worked per day and on Sundays.

Requirements:

• Stand-up Reach/EPJ/Sit-Down required.Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable performing physical work in a cold environment.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to safety.
• Good personal hygiene practices required.
• Dress Code & PPE:Steel-toe, slip-resistant shoes required.
• Dress in layers for cold temperatures.
• No hooded sweatshirts (hoodies) permitted.
